The aim of this work is to describe the design of a CubeSat payload system that will contribute to UAE space science missions. The payload structure is as imperative as the payload, which will examine diverse materials in Low Earth Orbit. We designed a payload structure that supposed to be 3D printed to hold materials that would be tested in the space. A two unit-sized CubeSat was optimized in term of size and cost to fulfill the CubeSat standards and regulations. The most important achievement is that we could examine different types of materials by adopting an innovative design that can be manufacturing using metallic 3D printing technology that reduce the cost and the time needed to build a similar structure with the traditional well-known techniques.
